Services Description
PrintaPack provides B2B packaging printing and manufacturing solutions to businesses across Australia. Our services include custom packaging design, printing, manufacturing, and delivery of packaging products including labels, pouches, boxes, and promotional materials.
Quote Requests
- All quotes are provided as estimates and are subject to change based on final specifications
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
- A formal purchase order is required to confirm any quote
- Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST unless stated otherwise
Orders and Delivery
- Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on order complexity and volume
- Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply to all products
- Delivery times are subject to carrier schedules and location
- Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, and materials on the PrintaPack website are the intellectual property of PrintaPack Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Custom designs provided by clients remain the property of the client. PrintaPack may use completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, PrintaPack Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
